The Domaine

The Domaine stretches over 20 hectares in the Cote Chalonnaise, mainly at Rully and Mercurey, but also in the Cote de Beaune and the Cote de Nuits (3 hectares). We are proud to work with vines in many different terroirs that each have unique expression and subtility, in both white and red wines. Working with a profound respect for the earth, sustainable agricultural practices, and 100% hand-harvesting, our vines are tended with painstaking care. We have followed the lunar calendar for many years for all the work we do in the vines. At harvest time we don’t hesitate to take the risk of picking late, of waiting for full maturity, to obtain wines that are taut and complex with superb acidity and minerality.
